Equipment is inventoried and transferred under documented chain of custody before leaving your facility. Processing is completed at Dispo.tech based on the agreed method, followed by the requested records and evidence.

Physical destruction is appropriate when media cannot be securely sanitized, cannot be reused, or must be destroyed under policy. For working drives, a properly performed NIST 800-88-aligned secure erase can provide strong data protection while preserving the device for reuse.
Is physical destruction free?
Physical destruction is free for storage media removed from devices designated for recycling. Fees may apply to loose media or when destruction, inventory, evidence, and documentation are the primary services requested.
Can you destroy data at our office?
Yes. On-site removal and physical destruction are available when the location, volume, workspace, and security requirements make the service practical. A minimum service charge may apply.
