Gather the basics.

A rough equipment list, estimated quantity, photos, and the pickup location give us enough to begin.

Check what’s accepted.

Review the list of recyclables or ask about unusual equipment. We’ll confirm any special handling before the pickup.

Tell us what matters.

Share your access, timing, data-security, inventory, and documentation requirements so we can plan the right process.

We’ll confirm the plan.

We’ll review the request, clarify anything missing, and confirm timing, cost, access, and what documentation will follow.

Prepare the pickup area.

When practical, consolidate the equipment, separate anything that should remain, and clearly mark devices needing special data handling.
