IT asset disposition (ITAD)
Dispo.tech gives businesses and organizations a clear, accountable path from pickup and inventory through data handling, reuse, recycling, and final reporting.
Some organizations need serial-level inventories and documented data destruction. Others need a dependable way to clear obsolete equipment without disrupting the team. We define what happens before anything moves.
Equipment can be identified by type, manufacturer, model, serial number, asset tag, quantity, or another agreed level of detail.
Storage media can be removed, securely erased, physically destroyed, or returned according to the project’s security and reuse requirements.
Working equipment and components may be tested, refurbished, resold, or reused when authorized and practical. Extending useful life is often the best form of recycling.
Equipment that cannot be reused is disassembled and separated for appropriate downstream recycling and material recovery.
Custody can be documented from collection through processing so responsibility remains clear after equipment leaves your environment.
Available reporting can include inventories, quantities, processing methods, photographs, recycling records, and certificates of data destruction.

When retired technology leaves your organization, it may still contain sensitive data, identifying labels, reusable components, and recoverable value. A deliberate process protects the organization while keeping useful technology and recyclable material in circulation.
Dispo.tech works with IT teams, managed service providers, cybersecurity professionals, facilities staff, administrators, and business owners to match the process to the actual risk.
