Built around your schedule
We’ll coordinate a pickup time that works with your staff, building access, and day-to-day operations. Before we arrive, we’ll confirm the amount of equipment and any special handling needs.
Business electronics pickup
Dispo.tech collects computers, servers, printers, networking equipment, and other retired workplace technology, then gives you a clear record of what happens next.
We can collect it from your office, school, facility, or data center and transport it back to Dispo.tech for processing. Your employees won’t have to load personal vehicles, rent a truck, or coordinate a drop-off.
We’ll coordinate a pickup time that works with your staff, building access, and day-to-day operations. Before we arrive, we’ll confirm the amount of equipment and any special handling needs.
Managing a larger technology transition or clearing years of accumulated equipment? We can schedule multiple pickups so retired technology doesn’t pile up, take over valuable space, or disrupt your work.
Long-distance transportation or special-handling fees may apply, but larger quantities can sometimes allow us to reduce or waive them. We’ll review the equipment and confirm any cost before scheduling.
Desktop computers, laptops, workstations, thin clients, tablets, phones, docks, monitors, keyboards, mice, and related accessories.
Servers, storage arrays, switches, routers, firewalls, wireless equipment, telecom systems, racks, and associated cabling.
Printers, copiers, scanners, phone systems, battery backups, power supplies, conference-room technology, and other workplace electronics.
Industrial electronics, controls, test equipment, medical electronics, and unusual devices may be accepted after review. Send photographs or an equipment list when possible.
01
Provide the pickup address, building type, loading access, floor, elevator availability, and any site-entry requirements.
02
An approximate count, equipment list, pallet count, photographs, or general description helps us plan the vehicle, labor, and handling.
03
Tell us whether storage media should be erased, physically destroyed, removed and returned, inventoried, or handled under another internal policy.
04
Share deadlines, preferred dates, restricted hours, parking constraints, and whether the work must avoid active business operations.
Some collections require little more than a confirmed count and loading plan. Others require asset inventories, chain of custody, serial numbers, data destruction, photographs, and completion records.
We define the expected process before arrival so your team knows what to prepare and what documentation will follow.
When practical, move equipment to a central accessible area and separate it from anything that should remain.
Clearly mark equipment requiring special data handling, retention, return, or serial-level documentation.
Make sure the organization is authorized to transfer the equipment and that leased or third-party-owned assets are excluded.
Racks, copiers, battery systems, dense servers, and oversized equipment may require additional people or handling equipment.
Warren County is our primary free-pickup area. Larger technology transitions and data center projects may also take us throughout Kentucky and into Missouri, Indiana, and Illinois.
The decision depends on distance, equipment type, volume, expected processing, transportation needs, and recoverable value. A sufficiently large or valuable collection may make a separate mileage charge unnecessary.
Removal, de-installation, palletizing, and rack work can be included when discussed in advance. The site, scope, labor, tools, and operational risks must be reviewed before scheduling.
Yes. Depending on the project, documentation can include pickup acknowledgments, inventories, serial numbers, chain-of-custody records, recycling records, and certificates of data destruction.
We’ll review the collection and confirm timing, access needs, and any transportation or special-handling charge before scheduling.
