It’s exactly what it sounds like: a day where you can "adopt" useful tech that still works and has plenty of life and utility left in it.
At Dispo.tech, we believe reuse is the best kind of recycling.
Every working piece of tech that finds a new home means one less item in the landfill — and one more resource saved for the next generation. So come see what’s available. Bring a friend. Leave with something useful.
TVs, power strips, keyboards, mice, stereos, laser printers, inkjet printers, speakers, vacuums, and even electric motors
All free to anyone who can use them. Most items were donated by local residents and businesses who simply upgraded. They still work. We just have too much good stuff to keep it all.
We’re just around the corner from the Daily News on 8th Avenue (across from the parking structure) next to Print Media, and on the same block as Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore.
